We detected increased response times for the Single Result API between 14:30 and 16:30 UTC. The issue was caused by higher than expected traffic volume. We scaled up our infrastructure and performance returned to normal levels.
Between 08:15 and 09:00 UTC, some users experienced errors when accessing the Mass Results API due to database connection problems. Our engineering team identified and resolved the issue by restarting the database connection pool.
We performed scheduled maintenance to deploy performance improvements and security patches. The API was unavailable for approximately 30 minutes during this window.
